Way to change normal/shift/control increment size in property windows without changing scales or anything else
Hello ! i was trying to get some precise work on a scene that is set to cm as a base unit.
I would like to be able to change the shift size of the increments ; as of right now , for example when using an array, it will increment the value of 0.1cm per increment , but i'd need it to be for example 0.01cm instead.
I cannot change the scene unit scale or whatever as it changes the size of EVERYTHING as well, meaning suddenly my 10cm piece is now 100cm long if i want the 0.1 increment to change the decimal i'd like, and i'd have to reimport every scale of object in a 400+ parts scene into unity ...
My suggestion is in the unit tab, to have 3 sliders;
- one to change the increment value or "nothing pressed"
-another slider for the increment value of "control" pressed and -another slider for the increment value of "shift" pressed,
so this way, you can set it to be whatever value you need that would be perfect for your situation, becasue some people might want a 0.001 SHIFT precision, or a 0.2 shift value, or a 5 CTRL value, or ... ! the more modular , the better for everyone !
