Snap menu to match component select.

I think it would be a good idea to streamline usage a bit by changing the order of 'settings snap element' menu to match the 'edit mesh select mode' menu.

Usage example:

In component mode tap Ctrl+Tab then 1 key This activates the Vertex Select Mode

However, when you tap Shift+Ctrl+Tab followed by the 1 key it activates Increment Snap instead of the expected Vertex Snap.

Snap Increment should be the 4th or 5th option.
