automatic inclusion of models and textures in asset library
basically we make a library in preferences and set the path lets say to the obj folder with files
so once we save prefernces those obj models will appear in our asset browser same with blend and textures and other model file formats like dae and more basically every file format blender supports both 2d and 3d

Feels like an out of scope request. Obj files don't contain preview images and even if it did the file format itself isn't helpful for quickly extracting a small amount of information from it (correct me if i'm wrong).
You'd need to decide on some sort of convention for looking for an image file name that matches the obj file name to be used as the preview image or something like that... unless there already exists and excellent fast and open source library for previewing obj files no matter how high poly they might be.
I think it would be possible easily for textures but again I feel that is out of scope for an asset browser. There are already many great addons for working within a folder full of hundreds of random images (both PBR and not PBR).
I don't think you got my point my point is that you don't need to make assets by marking them as one in the viewport you can just select a file and it's models materials and textures will automatically be included in the asset browser
The asset browser intentionally does not work like that. There are lots of good addons that do this though.
