Image sequencer shader node with Object Index input
Easier way to use multiple textures in objects based on object index. I tried OSL solution but it didn't work so i guess there is no support for this in OSL in Blender or OSL is broken: blender.stackexchange.com/questions/104446/how-to-show-different-images-based-on-object-id but the "idea" is to have shader that could have something like image sequences or even the image sequence shader node could have option to separate image files based on object index and that way make it easier to make shading easier in cases like paly cards that has multiple image textures and which takes a lot of time because it need to be made manually changing the texture and create new shader or at least i have done it this way because this OSL solution didn't work.

i.stack.imgur.com/cprSe.png that image in blender stackexchange has good demonstration about it what i would prefer to have in blender. Especially for play card kind of situations - still image render - no animation, but also multiple animated image sequences that would be showed on different object based on object index would be interesting if there could be easy way to this. And that OSL will also need some investigating because i can't get it work - am i doing something wrong (i used cycles and i turned OSL shading on from cycles prefences and i tried cpu and gpu but no affect - and yes i saved that script and tried to update it but no.. i couldn't get it work).
