Change view simultaneously with active tools
Please make it possible to zoom/pan/orbit while having a tool active, e.g. zooming out while in circle select or while grabbing.
Also maybe consider an undo option just for view, like undo zoom or pan. This would be its own undo stack and not part of regular undo.
These things are usually found in cad software.

Problem in overlaps of tools context keys with navigation keys. Just go to any tool keymaps and check Model Map list... How u want to navigate while Circle Select with mouse wheel when mouse wheel used to increase/decrease circle radius? Add modifier keys everywhere to avoid overlaps?
What the problem to press C for circle select > select what u need > change view > press C one more and append to selection/deselect? Or you one of those " slowpoke useless tool buttons mouse clickers "?
