Option to deactivate all physics modifiers at once.
Long time ago, in a software called Blender, you could have many, many, many objects in a scene, while everyone of them could be using a modifier called 'Sudivision'.
Subdivision was good. It added great detail to the meshes. But also, impacted heavily in performance. For that reason, a lot of people needed to to be constantly disabling it and enabling it, depending on the moment of their work. Usually, the common operations implied disabling it to animate, and enabling it to preview the animation render.
In that Dark Age, the users only could do that by selecting every object manually, one by one, activating and deactivating the modifier on all of them, and the people suffered a lot, since doing that in very populated scene, was a pain in the... noise.
Then, the inmortal creators of Blender added an option, called simplify, that with a single click, deactivated and reactivated all the subdivisions of all the objects, at once.
And the users were happy with their wisdom.
Following this logic, I think It could be good, if in simplify there is also a sub-option, that deactivates and reactivates all the physics modifiers, in all the objects at once, for the exact same reasons. And I think it could be even better if the button can be animatable. (Be able to insert keyframes on it)
That's all. Let's see how the story ends.
Thanks you!

In blender 2.7, if you started playback on a frame where cloth physics weren't already calculated, the rest of the cloth physic simulation didn't run. it would also do this if you set playback>sync to frame-dropping. 2.8 doesnt care if you skipped a frame, it simulates the cloth no matter what. skipping physics frames for cloth is really stupid and i would really like the old playback system back.
That's a complicated post :o
Story telling for POs like poems "In the dark ages of Blender.." : )
