Blender 2.8x feature for 2.79
Since blender 2.8x dont support old hardware like blender 2.79,why cant we ship 2.8x features to 2.79 or create a B3d 8x lite version.

The number of official Blender developers is limited (their time too), they already have to maintain Blender 2.83 LTS (backporting fixes), while keeping on improving Blender 2.91.
Adding features from 2.90 into Blender 2.79 wouldn't make much sense. For the 2.8 version, a HUGE amount of work has been done to make it happen.
It also wouldn't be that easy to port features from 2.90 to 2.79 since the code base has changed a lot.
I feel your disappointment not to be able to run Blender 2.90 on your computer.. but this is how software development works. New features are added to new versions and the minimum hardware requirements rise over time.
