Blender ready to use materials platform
He guys, I love ur software. But I can't animate. I am writer. So I need to make short movie of mine. Blender in feature, sud release a offline software in build platform like powtoon or animaker, where a non professionals like me can use allready provided props, sets, animated characters with various expressions, music to make my short animated movies. It will be huge hit. Please do it. Thanks.

Your proposal looks like «make content, what I need». And what profit you assume for creator? This should be paid content with some free-demo content. 3D character with poses and emotions is much-much more complicated to do, than 2D-character, where you can just change mouth.
But! If you need simpliest characters, there is a lot of tricks to make em.
