Exe icon changing natively in blender
Its been discussed a few time all over the internet, and once here before in an archived post. However, the last person to suggest it here wanted the version number to be part of the icon to begin with, which would force it onto everyone, even with different color schemes.
My proposal would be the ability to allow anyone to enable custom icons if they wanted to, allowing them to load any custom ico or dll file with icons inside to choose from.
Personally, I have multiple versions of blender installed and I also like to pin my tools to the taskbar for easy access.
It would be nice if a tool that you often have at least twice on your pc would natively allow you to keep them apart.
Its not that big of a deal to use ResourceHacker to edit the icons, but it would be nice to have.

Blender can't make your system natively support customizing an executable's icons.
