Asset manager under the file browser (May improve internal files utilization)

Hello guys. I would like to propose an additional drop down menu under the FIle Browser Editor and It will be named Asset Files. The purpose of this menu is to manage the internal files created or used inside blender.

Mainly this includes the texture and materials but including the nodes groups (custom shaders) and selection groups can also be considered.

This is can be a useful feature for blender especially if drag and drop functionalities can be added.

Thanks.

* @momotron2000 * I often find the asset manager in the toolbar section I hope there would be an additional option to have something like this. Much bigger space for managing textures and materials.

If you don't mind can you share the link of that thread?
