Combine Info panel and the Search popup into a single Autocad style command-line interface

The advantages of a command line can provide:

• a) Consolidates Info and search panels
• b) Ability to perform multi-step commands and receive user input during a command using on-screen interactive user engagement. Things that currently require multiple steps. You can do simple things like move geometry from a datum to a destination while keeping apparent alignment that would otherwise require separate snapping steps etc

• c) Offers geometry options directly during creation that would otherwise be performed in separate steps or other places in the UI

• d) Discoverability. With direct textural feedback during a command the user doesn't feel lost in a steep learning curve. The possibilities for each command are displayed during the command and the user doesn't need to memorize so many shortcuts or having to know what is possible or where to find it.
