Index List node

It would be nice to have a node which you can put a list of values (RGB colors, textures...) and then it would return one single output based in an index. So, an index value of "1" would return the first value in the list, "2" would return the second value and so on. 0,5 would return a mix between 0 and 1.

It would be really useful for animate colors or textures changes especially in animations for product visualization.

I was able to make it work with node groups and drivers, but I think it would be more optimized if it was coded. Also, it would be easier to add or remove values from the list automatically.

It can be done now with some mathnodes. For example for colors: {attachment 2020-06-06_03-22-51mp4}

It can be done as switch (I already made switch and boolean nodes for myself). Perhaps it can be done for bitmap-palletes too

Also, I think, there should be not a list but universal switch node, that can just switch any to one. And it will allow to make nodegroups even with mixed values (RGB+vectors+floats for example) {attachment 41572942png}
