Change Maximum when Minimum is set to higher
Simple example would be Start and End times for a particle simulations. I might not know exactly how long I want my sim to go on for, but I know I want it to start at say, 600 frames.
With the current implementation, if the End frame is set to 250, I can't just enter "600," into the Start field as it will just automatically be set to 250 when I hit enter. Instead, I have to set the end frame to something really high FIRST (like 1000) and then go back and adjust the start frame.
It would be much nicer if when I typed 600, since it is above 250 it would set the start frame to 600, and adjust the End frame either to 600 as well (just to keep the End / Max bigger than the minimum).

Do we have instances where min and max can be inverted on purpose? In that case we'd need to be careful not to break anything.
It can be useful only for not strict things and sliders: slide minimum right to push maximum and slide back to set minimum. Fast move.
