Lock aspect ratio while setting resolution
When setting your resolution, I think a lock aspect ratio button next to the height and width would be super helpful. I'd love to be able to do that with the click of a button rather than bringing out my calculator all the time. It doesn't seem super complicated compared to some of the other amazing things Blender can do, so I hope this is an easy fix!

@Lsscpp That feature of Pablo's addon (and so many others) should really be a native part of the UI.
@zanderanestisvfx If you click and drag down on both resolution boxes and then drag left and right, they both change at the same time, allowing you keep the same aspect ratio.
More training material about the capabilities of the UI itself would save on a lot of feature requests.
There really should be resolution presets. At the moment I have to make a lot of notes in the text editor reminding me of what resolution and render settings to use for one purpose vs another.
while having a lock aspect ratio would be fine, i'd like to say that this is an obvious duplicate request, and as a workaround to your calculator you can more easily use the percent slider to preview what resolution values you must type. provided you have enabled amaranth addon
yeah... it's kinda weird blender doesn't have that lol...
