Add layer to the Model
Hey Blender community, i think it would be nice if there was a layer to add details.So we can make a lowpoly mesh than add a layer for highpoly details and easly remove it.Hope you like and implement it.Have a nice day.

It's kind of what the Multires moddifier allows to some extent. You also can use the Sculpt Layers addon: mifth.gumroad.com/l/blender_sculpt_layers
But an ou-of-the-box solution would be nicer. Though it will probably not be done for a while.
