Compositor 'Cryptomatte' Node - RegEx Support

What is it?

This seems like a pretty obvious thing to want for the Cryptomatte node, so much so that I imagine the only reason why it isn't in already is because it is some technical hurdle under-the-hood.

Right now, the Cryptomatte node is restricted to a system of one-to-one mapping. one ID in the Matte ID field, one piece of the Cryptomatte RenderLayer is retrieved.

The "technical hurdle" I imagine under the hood is that RegEx would change that to a one-to-many mapping, turning the whole field into one collective query instead of a comma-separated OR query.

A Crude Example?

In the above example, enabling the Use RegEx? option allows the Cryptomatte node to pick all Material s from the CryptoMaterial RenderLayer where the word apple is present in the Material name so long as it is not immediately followed by the word orange (case-insensitive).

This would be hugely useful for associating a prefix or phrase in named additions to one of the Cryptomatte RenderLayer s with a "group" of sorts. I suppose it could be argued that then you might as well set up a unique RenderLayer but I think that this concept makes, for example, rigs with a delicate RenderLayer setup for the best results a lot more portable than mandating users of the rig set up several RenderLayer s as opposed to adding a pass or two to just one pre-exsiting layer.
