Sculpt Mode Clay brush shouldn't erase/flatten/subtract at low pen pressure.

That brush is weird to control and basically every stroke has a flattened end because of lifting the pen up of the tablet. Ctrl should and can be used to be subtrative/flatten/scrape of material there is no really need to use low pen pressure for that.
