Hello! There is a shortage of presets: alpha, textures, and brushes to quickly start drawing textures and sculpting models. For example, as in Zbrush, 3d Coat, Substance Painter and other programs.

Wait until the asset manager is there, maybe this could be a good place for presets
This is one of those proposals where artists can really contribute to Blender development in a meaningful way. Develop a bundle of presets that you think should be included. Hell, if you do that, I'll help you write the code to submit it as a patch.
I agree with you, but that doesnt need to be a part of blender, can be done by someone else that is not a dev, i do use some sets from time to time but to have a more broad base set of tools/brushes to download would be great!
