Themes/transform gizmos (Move/Rotate/Scale)

Currently, Blender's built-in transform gizmos (Move/Rotate/Scale) do not allow users to adjust the transparency (alpha) of coordinate axes or customize the mouse-hover highlight effect through themes. Requested Features: Transparency Control: Expose an option in Theme settings to adjust the alpha/opacity of transform gizmo axes. Hover Highlight Customization: Allow modification of the color/style of the highlight effect when hovering over gizmo axes. Use Case: Improved visibility and workflow customization in complex scenes.
