Set Weight With Normalize

That the Set Weight operation has the option to activate/deactivate normalize

Other tools like Gradiant or brush can be applied with or without normalization, but the set weight operation is always applied without normalization. Being able to turn this option on or off would be helpful for those with a different workflow.
