Mark Asset as Deprecated

Quite simply, I would like it if we had the ability to mark an asset as "Deprecated". This could be shown by some kind of icon overlay in the asset browser, and for linked objects, these could have some kind of color added to them. (similar to broken asset links)

I feel like this would be useful for cases where you have a library with assets that are being linked to projects, which you do not want to delete in order to avoid breaking existing use cases, but you also want to indicate should not be used in the future.
