Better SVG export

Blender needs better 2d vector exporting capabilities. By comparison, Cinema4D is miles ahead, with its illustrator export feature. Cinema 4D's Sketch and toon is equally a lot more advanced and better quality than freestyle. Blender needs, precise fill export, correct material translation to name a few.
