Partially minimized and custom color assignment features for the modifiers

OH YES, yes. It gets so confusing. looking at more then one open mod. Even if it was just the label bar of each mod. This is also a big visual problem in Addons. I don't know where one ends and the other begins.
I think, color marking in general would be nice. But nodes already can be colored, so wait for everything nodes.
