Reordering and manipulation proposal for modifiers
I think it's a good time for our modifier stack to be upgraded so it can be manually reordered (just like the properties' tabs - see the gif).
At the same time, modifiers could be selectable for an easier manipulation (copy-paste-duplicate).

Work on modifiers UI is planned when everything nodes (mean also modifiers) will be somewhat developed.
I'd like to see an easier Python API for reordering modifiers and constraints.
