Continuous Grab for Animation Tools
Animation tools Breakdown (shift-e), relax (alt-e), and push (ctrl-e) don't have continuous grab. so the mouse doesn't stay inside Blender and wrap around like it does with the transform tools.
I propose that Continuous Grab should be enabled for these tools.
This is a UI papercut.

Hmm, but those tools have a 0 to 1 (or -1 to 1) i.e. a fixed range, like a slider, and unlike transform. What does wrapping do? it seems like a bad idea.
* @Bassam Kurdali * Naw, not all of them. Breakdown can go under 0%, to over 100%, to do an anticipation or overshoot, respectively. Besides, sometimes my mouse is out of the screen for anything out of a range, say %20-50%, and I have to do it multiple times (which produces a slightly different result and more undo steps).
Wrapping keeps the cursor inside Blender, so I don't click on other apps when I set the operator. Having the mouse go out of the screen when I'm used to the wrapping is really annoying.
This is a Quality of Life improvement for animation.
I think it's probably best to analyze where it belongs (which tools) and do a more elaborated design. It's unclear from the proposal how it would work (also how does it work with the new breakdowner slider?)
