Dimension related object axises

As you can se on the picture, scale-related axises looks wrong for most cases. So I would prefer em scaled for each dimension. Also there should be minimal size for letters and axis, screen-related.

All cubes on the picture have scale 1,1,1

Also in X-ray or wireframe mode axises can have maxsize about 80% of viewport size, to se em all even if you are not see whole shape.
