Enable/Disable Custom Script Directories

In a production environment we work with multiple script directories since we keep the development and the deployment separated. A developer often times needs to switch from one to the other.

At the moment it is not possible to have multiple paths loaded but only one of them active, so in order to switch one needs to remove a path and add the other one.

It would be fantastic to have a option to disable the paths from loading so the paths could be kept when switching from one location to the other.
