Proportional Editing Radial/Falloff Without scroll wheel

Hello!

It would be nice to be able to adjust the fall off of proportional editing, or brush sizes with a simple "key + drag motion".

For instance:

Blender brushes = F then move mouse

Krita = Shift + Left Click Drag

Maya = B + Left Click Drag

The reason being:

Many artists use pens to make our wrists last longer, and adjusting falloff with pen seems close to impossible. Also, the middle mouse click is a cool idea with one hand and everything, but it's not that comfortable, and it also assumes you have all your fingers to work with that.

And more importantly:

Consistency. If the fall of can be radial control can be effected one way in all the rest of blender, why not keep it the same with Proportional Editing?

in proportional editing you can use PageUp and PageDown keys instead MMB scroll to change falloff, it would be nice if fall-off used a 'consistent' setting mode in all editors

* @NiCapp * Oh ya, forgot about the page up and down method. Thanks NiCapp! Is there a way to edit those hot keys as well?

* @yellowjoker * IDK, but should be in Preferences > Keymaps

* @yellowjoker * F is occopied for mesh edit mode (make edge or face) Increasing and decreasing proportional size is configurable, but there is no way to configure action like press and move east-west or far-close, because for sculpt there is special operator for radial control. So if you have touch-strip or rolls or ring on your tablet, you can tune it as mouse wheel and it will be the best.

* @NiCapp * There doesn't seem to be, That has been one of the random settings in blender that i could never figure out how to edit. There were a few in 2.79 that I haven't tested in 2.8x but so far this one is the same. Unless the setting isn't in Keymap

* @ Vyacheslav * Yup, that's what I mean. The special operators exist in other modes. The proposal was a consideration to make it a similar operator for Proportional scaling. Cause again, If you're using a pen, (many artists do) you have to switch over and use the mouse for that specific operation, or click page up and down while crossing your arms if you're not left handed in order to do a less accurate version.

There should be a better shortcut for this indeed. I would add this to the "pan" hotkey since the view is already locked when performing the adjustment. Press the "pan" button which is already on most tablet pens, go up and down and release the button to confirm the change.
