Join vertices in a curve

When we want to connect the two ends of a curve, the only thing that can be done is pressing the Alt + C button, and as you know, this creates an additional segment between the two vertices. There is no solution for directly joining them without creating an extra segment.

This is while in the Edit Poly section, this can easily be done.

It would be great if this feature could be added to the curve section.
