Add Shortcut For Creating Folder In Blender File Explorer
In the Blender file explorer, there is no keyboard shortcut to create a folder. I would recommend using F10 and/or Ctrl + Shift + N for this, as they are the same hotkeys for creating folders in KDE Dolphin and Windows File Explorer respectively.
It's a very simple usability change but it would be good for power-users and sorting projects quickly.

I is the shortcut for that for whatever reason. But you can change it to Shift CTRL N yourself, which I have already done for my keymap.
Hi, the hotkey for creating a new folder is 'I' for some reason. If you want to change it, it's "Create New Directory" under the File Browser section
