Lock and Box perpetually enabled with VP maximize toggle.

In Quad View, it would be nice if Lock and Box could remain enabled while also allowing the user to toggle between single-maximized and quad-view.

Currently, Blender requires the user to press [N] and re-check "Lock" and "Box" each time they switch from maximized single view to quad view.
