Value bar scrolling not usable even while holding shift
The problem
When holding shift on modifier properties like bevel amount or solidify thickness, the jump is so big that it's pretty unusable. On bigger objects everything down to 0.01m there is no problem with the speed, however with smaller objects everything 0.01m and smaller the speed is to fast to control properly, forcing one to type in the values manually.
Why is this a big problem?
Let's say we are working on a character this would make our max size to around 2m, then when working on smaller clothing details we will easily get below 0.01m, which is the size threshold where sliders with shift stop working nicely. For modifier value scroll to just not work at this normal size is a big problem which is frustrating and wastes allot of time.
Extra: Scaling moving and rotating small objects with shift works at every size
Reproduce
Reproducible with default blender file. Starts happening with objects that are smaller than 0.01m with scale applied.
Solution
My solution proposal is for there to be a way to adjust the multiplier of shift which is right now 1/10th and reliant on scene units.

Changing the scene units should adjust the sensitivity. This stuff is also a major problem in values of shader nodes.
Tampering with scene units messes things up
How? Hasn't bothered me in any way I can think of.
