"Track To" constraint Roll slider

This is a simple request to make Rolling your camera easy while tracking an object. "Track To" already has an Up axis, but needs a slider to apply (or allow for) an animatable Roll for the camera or other Track To constrained objects. An alternate option may be to add an "Up Vector" constraint that will work in tandem with the "Track To" constraint.
