Select multiple layers to set them as masks for the active layer
The current GP mask setup is so inefficient that you can't add it quickly when there are 100+ layers, we need to add the ability to multi-select a layer and set it as a mask for the currently active layer.

Oh hey , i made a add on that does this. extensions.blender.org/add-ons/gp-select/
Mask the layers of the selected strokes, to the active layer, or vice versa. There's also buttons to remove the masks, invert the masks , and toggle on and off visibility of masks with out removing them.
