store greace pencil layers keyframes into an Action

in the screenshot down below, i was unable to store the grease pencil layers into the grease pencil action
it would be nice if we could do that.

We talked about this when we designed the new data structure for the action. On a technical level the action is now ready to own other kinds of data that are not keyframes, but we don't have a timeline yet to implement grease pencil.
Yeah , I think this makes alot of sense. It does seem to store the object level animations into a slot with the new slotted actions, but it would also be useful to be able to store the layer keyframes too. There must be a way to have both. Also Something related is ShapeKeys for greasepencil.
