Toggles when overridable thru linking is hard to distinguish whether it's on or off

This has been bugging me for the longest while. Also don't know to add this is a bug or a feature change to ask. Cause it does what it do but not visually.

If I have an armature linked, cyan highlights gets overlaid over these values. Situations like this, it's hard to read if it's toggled on or off. Especially when posing, I always accidently didn't realize unless I have to nudge something and zoom out to see the opposite side before adjusting a pose.
