Add shortcut to toggle Proportional Editing in Edit Mode for all modals transforms
add "O" shortcut in Edit Mode for all modals Operator (Scale, Move, Rotate) to be able to enable or disable Proportional Editing.
it's pin to cancel your transform if you forgot to enable it before.
