Cartoon/Anime style smears based on Motion Blur Data.
Do you guys think its possible to create Smears based on Motion Blur Data? Like instructing the program to smear the object instead of making motion blur.
I feel that this could make NPR/Toon Shaded Characters/Animations feel more like they are hand drawn or Sakuga.

I am not sure how easily these can be done automatically, but there are different types of smear -kind of transition effects in movements. I will put a link to a gallery of images and GIF-animations of such effects used by Disney and other studios in their old animations:

* @Artturi Mäntysaari * I think a first step would be to make the "Blur" Solid instead of transparent. . Maybe have the option to give it noise. As for the multiples, maybe they could be generated with algorithm similar to Onion skinning. I can picture this being set up in a dedicated Compositor Node.
* @jascrambles * 1. Grease pencil
2. Rig deformation 3. Use another mesh like splines Similar Example: gumroad.com/l/fjsik
4. Multiple mesh
5. Lattice Deformation
