Draw Curve Stabilization

Drawing curves should have a "Stabilize stroke" option similar to the ones in the Texture Paint and Vertex Paint modes.

Stabilization can make difficult and tedious curves easier to create without having to manually adjust points within the curve. This can also help remove natural shakiness for poly-curves. Stabilization can also help those who do not own a drawing tablet or touch monitor.
