Make it possible to type in the excact value of a face

Hello, i wish it would be possible, to have the possibility to type in the size of a face (X/Y) directly into an input field. (See Screenshot) Right now its complicated to exactly scale a face without doing some math. C4D does is quite good. Would be great to have this quality of life feature in Blender too.
