Merge selected NLA Strips in multiple tracks
I do not know if there is easy way, but when I make NLA strips and locate in each tracks for One rig pose animation, There seems no one click way , which merge all Strips as new One.
In this pic, I made 3 strips to retarget mocap animation.

it only contain hip transform and other bone rotation.

one pelvis need to translate , then make the strip (use constrain and bake) >> blending replace with 1

I need to adjust Hip Z pos then made Strip >> blending as add
Then I hope to merge these 3 strips which locate in different Nla Track as one...
All strips only include pose bone transform for same rig, then about such case, I really hope function which can merge bone pose strips as One new strips. without many manual steps.
(Actually I do not know how I can merge them as new one strip, without many try and test @@;)

I see baking suggested. But it would be much more useful if strips could be merged whilst having both parts keyframes intact. If you bake you can't edit it further afterwards
You can bake any actions into one action by going to Edit → Bake Action:
I see....thanks.. I thought if bake work but did not know, I could bake stashed Actions as new one ^^;

For above case, I just needed to bake, but I saw linked you tube and yes it seems really powerful tool.. Though at current I can not buy, I add it in my future add on list.
