Map Texture node for Shader Nodes

Very similar to the Map UV node in the compositor. It would allow for the ability to create image-based simulations in the shader editor which would be a game changer if this was added. Heres a cheap example on how it could be used: Screenshot 2026-02-20 165435.png

That does not makes sense. Shaders work totally different than compositing.

Equivalent of Map UV is just using image node with UV input. It is not 1:1 because it just work differently. (There is no image socket, so right now only way to avoid using hassle of multiple image nodes is via closures )

Analogy: Paper
that node gets informations:
-In compositor : Here is paper, now please read letter from left corner of that image.
-In Shader is: This is 1x1cm piece of that paper, please give me left corner.
Well. It cannot give it information from part of paper (texture) that it no longer have information.
