Changing Key Bind Issue

I had changed key binds for the Curves Tilt and Transform. Tilt being Ctrl Left Mouse and Transform being Ctrl Right Mouse. When I did this, the proportional editing increase influence scroll wheel stopped working.

Is there a way to fix this so that I can have the changed key bind and scroll wheel proportional editing adjust?
