Proposal to incorporate information from "VFX Camera Database" camera settings in Blender
Proposal to incorporate information from "VFX Camera Database" camera settings in Blender Reviewing a Meshroom tutorial on YouTube ( Moviola.com ) I saw a reference of the "VFX Camera Database" page, which claims to be Maintained by Tony D'Agostino. The same, as the name implies, offers detailed information on the specifications of Pro Cinema Cameras, Consumer Cameras or Action Cameras to adjust the 3D camera for tracking processes in composition.
Tony D'Agostino is a Freelance Nuke Composer from Los Angeles, United States, works in the Mainstream of Cinema. In attention I recommend to review the rights of the material shared on the page well, since it does not specify attribution
the Web: vfxcamdb.com/ of tonyvfx.com/
It shares the reference of a script for the 3D Maya software called "Filmback Matcher for Maya", the same one developed by Rob Skiena:
vfxcamdb.com/software/ Script developer page: cg.plumber3d.com/
I consider that this information could be incorporated in Blender by means of a Script or Addon, or in the same code, but I am not a programmer. Therefore, I made this proposal here.
Thanks for your attention.

Sounds to me like a perfect fit for an add-on.

Hi. Yes. I think in a Addon that read the database and make the phyton script for Blender. Moviola. Com says that this is used by Meshroom. I wish to know how.
