Scrollable lists for Pen Tablet users

Currently lists with more than a few options can only be scrolled by using the mouse wheel or cursor keys. This leaves out pen tablet users and means you always have to take your hands away from the pen to reach for the keyboard or mouse.

Lists should be scrollable by either [Alt]-Click Drag, when hovering over the small arrow at the bottom of the list or should add a scrollbar (which still comes with its own problems when the list is very long and the bar becomes too small).

I think with just drag with the pen is enough, ALT + click and drag is unnecessary, you can separate by events, drag for scrolling and press for selecting a node in this case

* @J. Fran Matheu * I think you're right. just click-drag like scrolling on a smartphone would actually be the nicest behaviour, if possible.

* @J. Fran Matheu * Dragging Vs Clicking with a tablet can be super finnicky. I'd imagine it would be middle-click to scroll like in the Properties window.

* @Logan Preshaw * Is not, because is like every button in any software that is actioned when you release the press or the mouse button and if you add a threshold of a little ammount of pixels to the drag the difference between both is done (that is not even necessary xD) without any kind of conflict, and is easy to do, to use and no more shortcuts to think about, everybody wins

* @J. Fran Matheu * Absolutely agree with you. If you owner of a pen tablet with touch ring (strip) or some sort, then you can use it for scrolling. But if not, for instance, I don't know what I'd do with Material List. Always use Search option for searching materials on the list – it's the pain.

Yes PLEASE! In fact any aspect of the software that requires scrolling having a non-scrolling solution would be awesome. Fortunately with bevel we can use S to adjust segments.
