Grease Pencil Dot Dash Modifier - dash length in pixels

Currently, the Dot Dash Modifier used subdivisions of edge segments to calculate the length of each dash. This forces one to change topology in order to obtain a graphical effect. On the other hand, the original Freestyle "Dashed Line" relies in pixels dimensions, resulting in consistent dashed lines across all the image, whichever is the vertices count. I propose an option such as "Dash Length: Subdivisions | Pixels".
