Add new camera align function that aligns the camera to where your mouse is currently positioned.

Would be nice to be able to center your view to where you mouse is located. Currently when I am trying to sculpt in sculpt mode, I can't use the cursor tool in sculpt mode to put it on a surface I want to focus on when using "center view to cursor" under view->align view, therefore requiring a lot more steps than needed to be able to focus on the part of the mesh you want.

So in summary, to make the camera more user friendly when doing sculpting I would suggest adding another option called "center view to mouse location" in the view->align view menu, which you can then make a shortcut to.

I did some extra research by looking through all the keybinds, and actually did find a center to mouse location functionality. If you press alt+Mid click you can actually center your focus based on your mouse location.

However, I would still like to see the menu option inside the align view. That way it is possible for newcomers to actually find this mouse command as well as allowing them to change the keybind by R clicking the option if they so desire.

or press key (like how f3 pulls the search) to pull up this panel: showing a multi sided sphere say about 12-20 polygons per quadrants. and a you are here vis-a-vis wuhat youre work on = sphere. Sphere is smaller if youre far to show where are. so zoom in first. you can rotate sphere and touch plane want to see. then it auto resets. I imagine, usually don't work far though nor need to rotate sphere much at all.

i posted this on BA blenderartists.org/t/adding-bind-key-to-view-3dcursor-also-idea-to-view-to-face-the-selection/1143206 kind of similar. more for modeling mode, not sure if would work in sculpting. maybe it could split the difference between where you were and what's perpendicular to where you want to be
