'Stored Views' add-on: automatically activated and initialized
'Stored Views' is a basic function that interests everybody.
Could it be integrated into the default Blender and could the 'Initialize' button be removed?
Several other options ought to be default, like the 'zoom to cursor', and 'orbit around selected', why would anybody want something else?

I like myself!
I never heard of that addon before. Might use it sometimes, but I don't think everyone is interested. Since it is not really a good idea to enable by default any addon that could be useful, even from the user's intervention, I won't endorse it.
To illustrate, I have a lot of addons I might use depending on what I might do. But most of the time I am actively using only a few of them for days. Tipically the addons tied to something specific to a taks like modeling or sculpting, I don't need them when rendering or animating. I often use Blenderkit when populating a scene, but once I'm done with it, it become just a dead weight in my loading times. Same for Animation Nodes, it's very useful, very powerful, but I don't use it on every single project so I don't want it to load everytime I load a blend file.
Concerning the Initialize button, I don't even know why it is needed.
I understand. Do you know in which way/to who I could ask to remove the 'initialize' button?

I think that problem is different. On blender docs whole addons should be described on separated tag to understand what coming from addons or which functionality user can reach by turning on maybe.
Look at the addons settings, you usually have a link for bug reports or wki pages or contact info, or at least the authors name. Otherwise, a post on devtalk.blender.org can sometimes at least drag some attention.
