Select/delete hidden objects
It is really unpractical that we aren't able to select or delete a hidden object.
It would be nice to have an option, so we could select all objects in the scene. Especially with hierarchies, it is really difficult to select and handle the objects, when some of them are hidden. Select hierarchies doesn't work in 2.8 at the moment, what makes it much worse to select the whole hierarchy.

The whole visibility is obligatory for any operation is huge pain in Blender. There are many cases like:
etc.
Example: You want to select all linked data objects, but some are hidden, or parented to hidden objects or in collections currently disabled.. Blender will only find the visible, making it a very tedious process find all or simple unhide everything in a scene to find them. This can total crush performance and ruin all previous steps of hiding and unhiding things.
Solution. Well, easy: change the behavior to also have hidden objects be affected. Or add a working layer and parenting systems with localised coordinates like every other software has.
Else, it will always cause problems and the problems will only increase.
