3d View Dolly In/Out with Shift + Middle Scrool Wheel In/Out

The middle scroll wheel zoom causes a lot of confusion for individuals coming from other 3d software. It makes sense why the middle scroll wheel works the way it does, but this simple default setting would reduce a lot of people's headaches coming from other software. It may even be better to reverse it so that the default behavior of Middle Scrool Wheel would be Dolly whereas "Shift + Middle Scroll Wheel" would be Zoom.

Setting the default preferences as defined in the screenshot enables the following functionality:

NOTE: I disabled several other route/pan/zoom/dolly settings because they seamed redundent in my testing, maybe perhaps for those that have trackballs? I'm not sure.
